SUMMARY:8th ST. BERNARD RECREATIONAL BIKE TOUR
DESCRIPTION:The Tourist Board Funtana and Cycling club Poreč invite all cyclists to join the  8th recreational bike tour on the occasion of the celebration of St. Bernardo\, protector of Funtana. \nFOR WHOME IS IT: recreational cyclists with MTB \nNot recommended for children under the age of 10. \nNo registration fee! \nREGISTRATIONS: by the football court in Funtana\, on Sunday August 23th 2026\, from 9:00 to 10 AM \nFIRST 50 TO REGISTER GET THE TOUR T-SHIRT! \nSTART: 10:00 AM at the football field in Funtana \nPATH:  length approximately 15 km and 30 km (depending on the number of participants) \nShorter route approx. 15 km: paved paths around the Festigia vineyards. Duration approx. 1.5-2 hours. Longer route approx. 30 km: through Flengi to Kontija and back to Funtana. Duration: approx. 3 hours. \nTYPE OF SURFACE: mostly macadam\, forest roads \nGuided cycling with a professional guide and accompaniments. \nThe bike tour is non-competitive\, and the winners are all the ones who reach the finish line! \nLunch is provided for all participants at the finish line! \nNOTES: \nParticipants are advised to use a protective helmet and have a spare inner tube. \nRides are at your own risk. \nThe organizer reserves the right to change the program. \nORGANIZERS: Tourist Board of Funtana and Bicycle Club Poreč.
