From May 25 to June 3, 2026, Funtana once again becomes an unmissable gastronomic destination in Istria. The eighth edition of the “Funtanjanski gušti” event brings ten days of special menus and enjoyment of authentic Istrian cuisine.
Organized by the Funtana Tourist Board and local restaurateurs, visitors can expect promotional menus inspired by Istrian tradition and seasonal ingredients.
The restaurants Bare, Bokoon, Delfin, More, Tonia, and Oscar will prepare specially designed three-course menus (starter, main course, and dessert) accompanied by a glass of local wine, at a promotional price of €25. The menus will feature fresh fish, homemade pasta, Istrian prosciutto, asparagus, olive oil, seasonal vegetables, and other local specialties.
The event combines gastronomy, local wines, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere, offering visitors the chance to enjoy the flavors of Istria.
